Registration criteria
Qualification rules for candidates with Polish diplomas
Qualification threshold: 50 points
Graduates of at least the first cycle of studies may apply for admission to two-year second-cycle studies in English.
The recruitment procedure will be conducted on the basis of an interview in English. During the interview the candidate's basic knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals and related tasks contained in the UN Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030 will be assessed.
Language of the interview: English
Absence during the interview or the impossibility of carrying it out for reasons attributable to the candidate, causes in the candidate not being qualified for studies and granting them 0 points in the qualification procedure.
A maximum of 100 points can be obtained in the qualifying procedure.
The minimum number of points in the qualification procedure required to qualify for studies is 50 points.
Admission rules for candidates with foreign diplomas
Candidates with a foreign diploma are qualified on the basis of the same rules as those with diplomas obtained in Poland.
Checking candidates' competence to undertake studies conducted in the English language
In the admission procedure for second-cycle studies conducted in English, candidates are required to present a document confirming their knowledge of English at a level of at least B2 (in line with the general requirements set out in the recruitment resolution document).
Language competence will be checked during the exam in English, which checks candidates' knowledge of sustainable development, only in relation to candidates who do not have a document confirming the expected language competence recognized by the University of Warsaw.
The minimum number of points in the qualification procedure required to qualify for studies is 50 points. Qualifying for studies is tantamount to confirming the knowledge of the English language at the required level.

Qualification interview: 16th-18th of July, 2025
Announcement of results: 22nd of July, 2025
Reception of documents:
- I round: 22nd-23rd of July, 2025
- II round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 24th-25th of July, 2025
- additional rounds will be announced in case of not fulfilling the limits
