Exchange Student

Submitting application in this programme is possible only for candidates who already have been nominated for student exchange within a bilateral agreement.

A student enrolled at a Higher Education Institution which has a valid bilateral agreement with the University of Warsaw. The student has to be nominated by his/her home University to study at the University of Warsaw.

 Required documents:

• University of Warsaw Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)
• Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
• Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English

Deadlines:

for the first semester and/or full academic year – May 15^th
for the second semester – November 15^th

Late applications may be subject to rejection.
