Submitting application in this programme is possible only for candidates who already have been accepted by the Scholarship Provider.

Applications for the first semester and the full academic year have already been closed. At this point, we accept applications for the second semester only.

A student enrolled at a Higher Education Institution outside of Poland who is a beneficiary of a Scholarship of a Foreign Government and is nominated for short-term studies at the University of Warsaw by NAWA or another agency.

Required documents:

  • Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
  • Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English
  • University of Warsaw Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)

Deadlines:

first semester and/or full academic year – May 15th
second semester – November 15th

Late applications may be subject to rejection.
