Submitting application in this programme is possible only for candidates who already have been accepted by the Visegrad Fund.

Applications for the first semester and the full academic year have already been closed. Submitting applications for the second semester will be possible during Phase 2.

Student nominated for short-term studies at the University of Warsaw by the Visegrad Fund.

The University of Warsaw course offer is available at http://informatorects.uw.edu.pl/en/ 

Required documents:

  • Transcript of Records from recent studies or copy of the last achieved University diploma (issued in English or Polish)
  • Language Certificate proving at least a B2 level of Polish or English
  • University of Warsaw Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution)

Deadlines:

first semester and/or full academic year – May 15th
second semester – November 15th


Late applications may be subject to rejection.
