Admission rules for candidates with Polish diplomas

Candidates take a written online test covering basic knowledge in the field of management and economics in accordance with the published list of topics. The test will be conducted in English.

The maximum number of points to be obtained in the written test is 30.

Minimum score required to qualify: 15

Admission rules for candidates with foreign diplomas

The same rules apply as for candidates with a diploma obtained in Poland.

Checking the candidates' competence to undertake studies conducted in the English language

Citizens of Poland or citizens of EU/EFTA and the United Kingdom with diplomas issued in EU/EFTA/OECD or recognized as equivalent on the basis of an international agreement or through nostrification

Candidates who do not have an English language certificate of at least B2 level recognised by the University of Warsaw will be assessed via an online test.

The maximum score for the online test is 30. The minimum score required to qualify is 15.

Language test points are not included in the candidate's final result. Confirmation of the candidate's ability to study in English is a prerequisite for admission to further stages of the admission process.

Deadline for the online test checking the English language proficiency (if it applies to the candidate): 15th of May, 2026, 9:00 a.m. (exam will be conducted online via Kampus-rekrutacja)

Announcement of results: 21st of May, 2026

Reception of documents: 

  • I round: 22nd, 25th-26th of May, 2026
  • II round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during I round): 27th-28th of May, 2026
  • III round (in case of not fulfilling the limit during II round): 29th of May, 1st of June 2026
  • additional rounds will be announced in case of not fulfilling the limits
