We are a company established by the National Center for Research and Development to support the development of young scientists dealing with artificial intelligence and IT solutions for the digital economy. By working with us, you have the opportunity to combine scientific work with education at a doctoral school. It is possible due to the fact that our activity is a special type of undertaking announced by the National Center for Research and Development indicated in art. 119 section 2 point 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science.

By undertaking doctoral education school as part of our program, you will additionally gain:

- the possibility of implementing your individual research program as part of research conducted at IDEAS NCBR,

Please remember!
Before you apply to the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences of the University of Warsaw via IRK, you should first be approved by IDEAS NCBR and the appropriate leader of the research group / research team.
Additionally, the candidate accepted by IDEAS NCBR is obliged to meet all the requirements of the Doctoral School.

IRK registration instruction

Once all required documents are attached in the system of IRK and pages are saved, no further steps need to be taken. The application is saved and does not need to be submitted.

Recruitment schedule:

a)       registration in the Internet Recruitment for Candidates, referred to as “IRK”, submitting an application to the IRK for admission to the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences: from 7th of August to 1st of September 2023;
b) sending recommendation letters: until 10th of September 2023;
c) recruitment procedure:
– publication of the interview schedule: until 6th of September 2023;
– interview: 13th of September; time: 10.00 am, Place: hall 5050, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics, Banacha 2, 02-097 Warsaw
– announcement of the ranking list: until 18th of September 2023;
– accepting documents from qualified candidates: from 20th of September to 25th of September 2023;
– announcement of the list of accepted candidates: until 30th of September 2023
